Job Description

The Marketing Operations (Ops) Team at Plaid builds the essential foundation that enables the Marketing function to operate efficiently scale sustainably and align with the companys strategic goals. We focus on people technology and process to drive operational excellence and optimize marketing performance.Our team is focused on creating and executing impactful marketing strategies that resonate with our target audiences drive sustainable growth through highquality pipeline generation and enhance marketing efficiency. By integrating innovative technologies we strive for seamless workflows and datadriven decisionmaking. We also continuously strengthen the foundation of a highperforming marketing organization ensuring that processes and systems are in place to support longterm success.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Execute Workback Plans: Design and manage comprehensive workback plans for integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Ensure all tasks timelines and resources are coordinated to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
    • Resourcing and Capacity Management: Assess and allocate resources effectively across marketing programs ensuring the appropriate capacity to meet deadlines and deliverables. Proactively identify and address any resource gaps.
    • Stakeholder Communication and Updates: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders providing regular updates on campaign progress performance metrics and any issues that may arise. Ensure alignment across teams and transparency in communications.
    • Meeting Organization and Facilitation: Organize and facilitate crossfunctional meetings ensuring that discussions are focused productive and aligned with campaign goals. Drive decisionmaking and keep teams on track to meet objectives.
    • Milestone Identification and Dependency Management: Identify key milestones within each program and manage dependencies across teams to ensure timely . Proactively anticipate and mitigate any risks to campaign timelines.
    • Relationship Building and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (e.g. creative product marketing legal) to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on campaign goals.
    • Creative Team Liaison: Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure that marketing assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Provide clear briefs and feedback to align creative outputs with campaign objectives.
    • Continuous Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine program management processes frameworks and tools to improve efficiency scalability and overall effectiveness. Implement best practices to enhance team performance and campaign outcomes.
    • Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Utilize project management tools (e.g. Asana Monday or similar) to track progress manage tasks and ensure the successful of marketing programs. Maintain organized and uptodate documentation of all project activities.

Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 35 Years of Experience working on a marketing or design team with a proven track record of supporting and executing marketing initiatives.
    • Impeccable attention to detail ensuring highquality and consistency across all aspects of campaign delivery.
    • Exceptional multitasking abilities with a demonstrated capacity to manage and prioritize multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence motivate and build relationships with crossfunctional stakeholders at all levels.
    • Comfortable with change and ambiguity adapting quickly and proactively in fastpaced evolving environments.
    • Curious and solutionoriented with a continuous drive to learn solve problems and improve processes.
    • Commitment to improvement consistently seeking opportunities to make things better and enhance team and campaign performance.

$118800 $164000 a year
The target base salary for this position ranges from $118000/year to $164000 year in Zone 1 The target base salary will vary based on the jobs location.

Our geographic zones are as follows:
Zone 1 New York City and San Francisco Bay Area
Zone 2 Los Angeles Seattle Washington D.C.
Zone 3 Austin Boston Denver Houston Portland Sacramento San Diego
Zone 4 RaleighDurham and all other US cities

Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan including medical dental vision and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience and skillset and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
