ISS STOXX is actively hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer for Mumbai (Goregaon East) location.
Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Data Products team you will help build and maintain ISS DataDesk an advanced screening and analytics platform for environmental social and governance data. You will work closely with other development teams product management application management and QA to build and ship software using the newest technologies and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Build high quality and well tested software for client facing products and internal tools
- Help define the data products architecture
- Collaborate with crossfunctional engineering peers and product management to implement endtoend solutions
- Keep uptodate on latest technologies and trends
- Act as a mentor for lessexperienced peers through your technical knowledge/leadership skills and advocate for technical excellence
Qualifications:
- BE/BTech degree in Computer Science or other engineering field
- 5 years of experience implementing largescale systems in Java 8 ReactJS HTML5
- Strong objectoriented design skills.
- Expert knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Database experience ideally SQL Server or Postgres
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence others while being open to change when needed
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker a plus
- Experience with functional languages a plus
