Description
We are looking for a skilled Certified Athletic Trainer to collaborate with our physical therapy team and contribute to the recovery and rehabilitation of our patients. In this role you will play a pivotal part in helping individuals regain their physical function prevent injuries and improve their overall health and wellbeing Santa Clara our clinic is conveniently located within the same building as our Sports Medicine Physicians and Orthopedic Surgeons featuring a shared waiting area that fosters a strong collaborative bond between our rehabilitation team and the referring physicians. Notably these physicians also serve as the sports medicine team for Santa Clara University athletics the SF 49ers and the SF Giants. This presents a unique opportunity for the ATC to work in an activebased rehab and return to sport philosophy working closely with elite athletes of the Bay Area.
Job Duties Include:
- Assist in designing and implementing therapeutic exercises strength and conditioning programs and modalities
- Offer guidance on injury prevention strategies and techniques
- Collaborate with the physical therapy team to ensure a comprehensive and patientcentered approach to rehabilitation
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients on exercises and activities to aid in their recovery
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest industry standards

Qualifications
Experience:
- 1 year of experience in medical office (Preferred)
- EMR/EHR experience a plus NextGen (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC)
- Registered Ortho Tech or willingness to become certified
- BLS Certification
Pay Range:
- $24.00 to $26.00 per Hour
*Higher compensation may be available for someone with advanced skills and/or experience
