Comprehensive 10week training period 8 weeks in the field working side by side with a dedicated trainer & 2 weeks classroombased training in Loveland CO.
After completion of training your schedule will consist of 4 shifts per week at 10hour days based on workload demand.

The Field Service Technician I is responsible for the delivery of highquality customer service performing preventative maintenance routine repair and calibration/verification of Hach devices located at our customer sites. The customer base for this role is anticipated to be a combination of municipal (i.e. drinking and wastewater treatment facilities) and industrial (i.e. power plants and food and beverage plants).
This position is part of the North America Field Service Team located in Northern California and will be remote.
In this role a typical day will look like:
Perform preventative maintenance routine repair and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work.
Promotes a positive customer experience and serves as onsite customer contact for technical and servicerelated problems.
Submits prompt accurate service reports that affect billing inventory instrument history and instrument failure.
Follows safe work practices according to company policy.
Executes administrative activities in support of service visits.
5075 travel within a 2hour radius of San Francisco CA. You can expect to have up to on average 13 nights away each week with companypaid accommodations and meals.
The essential requirements of the job include:
HS Diploma or equivalent required; Associate/Technical degree preferred or combination of education and experience.
Mechanical aptitude is a must experience with preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair helpful but not required.
2 or more years of field service experience and/or customerfacing roles preferred.
You are required to have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $30.00 $32.00 USD per job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
