- Play an integral part in generating new sales thatwill turn into longlasting relationships
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profitby upselling or crossselling
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customerneeds and requirements
- Develop and expand the relationships with existingcustomers including major key client by continuously proposing solutions thatmeet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services aredelivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between keycustomers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customersand deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts tointernal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Closely working with QA R&D and other relevantdepartments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest qualityof materials are being produced and all client needs met
- Planning and presenting reports on account progressgoals and quarterly initiatives to share with team members stakeholders andpossible use in future case studies or company training
Requirements
- Possess 4 years of working experience in rolesrelated to Sales/Key Account Manager with experience in industrial bakerybusiness. Promoting developing products such as chocolate margarine and UHTcream is a must
- Capacity to develop the business independentlyopening new industrial accounts with problem solving skills and passion
- Tenacity and a strategic mindset to develop ideasindependently and thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Able to communicate and present effectively withgood commands in English
- Experienced in driving crossfunctional team instrategic and high value new business pursuits
