Job Description
7:00am3:30pm plus some OT
80 hours of vacation provided within the first 5 months of employment.
Scope of job: Performs unskilled and lightly skilled work
Experience level: Familiarity with manufacturing work environments
Reports to: Production or other Supervisor
Education: High school or equivalency
Expertise: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities:
Sorting for defective parts
Follows simple instructions regarding visual defects to examine parts in quarantine(defective parts)
Segregates acceptable and unacceptable parts using visual comparisons
May use simple go/ nogo gauges
Packing Parts
Minor rework
Miscellaneous Duties
Floor cleaning degreasing mopping trash pickup and the like on the shop floor
Other unskilled or lightly skilled work as may be assigned by the supervisor
