PFA the KRAS :
Greeting visitors clients or customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Answering phone calls addressing inquiries and transferring calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
Providing information about products services or company policies.
Managing and organizing office documents files and records.
Assisting in the preparation of reports presentations and other documents.
Handling mail emails and faxes and distributing them to the relevant individuals.
Managing meeting rooms and ensuring they are properly set up for appointments or presentations.
Inputting and updating information into databases or computer systems.
Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of clients customers or visitors.
Processing payments handling cash transactions and providing receipts.
Balancing cash registers and preparing financial reports.
Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Escalating issues to the appropriate department or management when necessary.
Effectively communicating with team members other departments and external parties.
Providing information about the organizations products services or policies.
Managing multiple tasks simultaneously such as answering phones while assisting visitors and handling administrative duties.
Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
