Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in New York City NY. This is a fulltime opportunity to provide highquality patientcentered care in a collaborative healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing treating and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions for patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses conduct wellness exams and manage preventive care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with specialists nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families about disease prevention health maintenance and treatment options.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted New York Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teambased care setting.
