Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In business since 1954 Fyda Freightliner is a growing familyowned regional Freightliner Western Star
Isuzu and Ottawa truck dealer with locations in Ohio Pennsylvania and Kentucky.
Fyda is looking for a fulltime experienced accountant 5 years min. to assist the CFO in accounting and
HR responsibilitiesfor Fyda Inc.
This position will be in our newest facility in Columbus Ohio and is not a remote position. We offer
several employment benefits and an excellent health insurance benefits package along with a free onsite
fitness center and incentivized fitness programs. Salary commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
A Bachelor of Business Administration with a major of accounting. A CPA and MBA a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors.
- Complete knowledge of inhouse business systems and along with other partner systems.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and composure.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards.
- Must be able to talk listen and speak clearly on the telephone and in person.
