Fulltime Up to 26000 Level 3 Qualified
Are you a passionate early years professional looking for your next leadership role Our client is seeking a Toddler Room Leader to join their welcoming and inclusive nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a nurturing and stimulating environment where toddlers can thrive learn and develop essential skills.
What Were Looking For:
- Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience as a nursery practitioner with leadership experience preferred
- Ability to lead and inspire a team fostering a positive and inclusive culture
- Strong knowledge of child development and early years best practices
- Excellent communication organization and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the toddler room ensuring a safe inclusive and engaging environment.
- Plan and deliver ageappropriate activities that support each childs development.
- Build strong relationships with children families and colleagues to create a supportive community.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to nursery practitioners encouraging professional growth and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate records and assessments of childrens progress sharing insights with parents and the wider team.
