ABOUT THE ROLE
The Mort & Co Feedlotters of the Future program has been launched to grow the next generation of industry leaders and provide a pathway to industry for those with a budding passion for agriculture and beef production who are looking to take a more hands on practical approach to building their career.
The program is a twelve 12 month fulltime paid program in which you will gain experience in all core areas of a feedlot operation by rotating through the following areas in a Mort & Co Feedlot.
In each rotation you will receive structured training and coaching in all the core activities of the area and have the opportunity to get hands on and apply your learning.
Throughout the program you will also gain access to professional development including leadership development meaning you will complete the program equipped with the skillset required for a wide variety of roles and well on your way to become a future industry leader.

The aim of the program is to support you to learn and grow through real life experience and development so you arent required to hold a formal qualification or have prior experience to apply.

As Mort & Co have a strong commitment to health and safety for the benefit of all employees all site roles will require you to complete a preemployment medical (including drug and alcohol screening) requiring successful completion prior to a formal offer being made.
