About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial projects senior living hospitality multifamily residential housing and mixeduse developments. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects from concept to completion collaborate across disciplines and make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all phases of architectural design from Schematic Design through Contract Administration.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary design documentation with Architectural Interior Design and Land Planning/Landscape Architectural teams.
- Collaborate with external MEP and Structural consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of building codes and design development processes.
- Lead project teams and mentor junior staff fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Utilize and manage Revit and other software tools to produce highquality design documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 5 years of professional experience including supervisory or team leadership roles.
- Licensed Architect or on the path to licensure.
- Proficiency in Revit and MS Office with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide stafflevel professionals.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a teamoriented environment.
