Job Description

Ascension Childcare Inc is seeking an Early Childhood Educator with a passion for infant/toddler care to compliment our experienced diverse and dedicated teaching team. Teachers provide nurturing care compassionate social/emotional coaching a variety of learning opportunities and guidance to the children enrolled in each class. Teachers work as part of a teaching team directly in the classroom in addition to collaborative efforts with all staff. Teachers are responsible for supervision of children development and implementation of emergent curriculum for both indoor and outdoor learning environments and maintaining health and safety practices.As a Universal PreK classroom you will also use the domains of the Vermont Early Learning Standards for guidance in your curriculum building for a group of 35 year olds.We are currently looking to fill position in the following age groups...Early Preschool 23 yearsPreschool 34 yearsPreK 45 yearsIn addition to a supportive collaborative and fun work environment we offer a suite of benefits.
