Job Description:
Seronda Network We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing exceptional service and support across various channels. Your primary focus will be to resolve inquiries address concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with customer feedback and complaints.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions and feedback.
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies of the company.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service performance.
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred..
