Job Description

Senior Director Digital Experience Strategist

Description

The Senior Director Digital Experience Strategist is a visionary leader responsible for driving the development and of a holistic digital experience strategy that enhances customer engagement fosters brand loyalty and drives business growth. This role will oversee a crossfunctional team of designers content creators data analysts and UX/UI specialists to create seamless and impactful digital experiences across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital trends user behavior and emerging technologies. You will lead a team of digital experience strategists designers and researchers and collaborate with other senior leaders account managers and technical experts to deliver innovative and impactful digital solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead the digital experience strategy team and provide direction guidance and mentorship to the team members.

  • Lead the transformation of the companys digital presence ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience across web mobile and emerging platforms. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital experience strategy aligned with the companys business objectives and customers needs.

  • Collaborate with cross functional executive leadership to integrate digital experience initiatives into the broader business strategy across the BUs.

  • Work closely with the creative and technical teams to translate the digital experience strategy into engaging and effective digital products and services

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicate digital strategies goals and performance metrics to key stakeholders including executive leadership board members and external partners.

  • Act as a thought leader within the organization championing the importance of a strong digital experience strategy

CustomerCentric Design

  • Advocate for a customerfirst approach ensuring all digital experiences are intuitive accessible and tailored to meet the evolving needs of the target audience.

  • Conduct and oversee user research data analysis market research and competitive benchmarking to identify insights opportunities and best practices

  • Create and present strategic deliverables such as personas journey maps value propositions service blueprints and roadmaps

Data Driven Insights:

  • Conduct and oversee user research data analysis market research and competitive benchmarking to identify insights opportunities and best practices

  • Utilize customer insights and performance metrics to continuously refine and enhance the digital strategy

Technology & Innovation:

  • Stay at the forefront of digital trends and emerging technologies identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance the customer experience.

  • Lead the exploration and adoption of new tools platforms and practices that can improve the digital ecosystem.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree or higher in digital strategy user experience design service design or related fields

  • At least 10 years of experience in digital strategy user experience design service design or related fields with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role

  • Proven track record of leading and delivering successful digital experience projects for large and complex clients across various industries and sectors

  • Strong knowledge and skills in user research data analysis market research and competitive benchmarking methods and tools

  • Excellent communication presentation and storytelling skills and the ability to communicate complex and abstract concepts in a clear and compelling way

  • Exceptional strategic thinking problemsolving and decisionmaking skills and the ability to balance creativity and pragmatism

  • Highly collaborative adaptable and clientoriented and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

  • Passionate curious and driven and the ability to inspire and motivate others

HP offers a comprehensive benefits package including:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $183650 $275450 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
