About us
Your mission
We are looking for an AI Strategist eager to actively shape appliedAIs role as a leading ally in assisting our client companies to leverage AI for business transformation. You will be a close sparring partner to these organizations helping to initiate and/or scale their AI ambitions. This includes guiding them in defining and setting up their AI strategies developing their AI use case portfolio and creating an organizational setup to bring it into action. In addition to the work with individual partners you contribute to developing techenabling and managing a set of unique assets in the Strategy & Transformation space to help our ecosystem advancing in the age of AI.
Your tasks will include:
Act as a sparring partner for AI strategy and innovation to our partners and customers from DAX to larger Mittelstand companies and drive the development and implementation of AI strategies. This involves managing engagements with our partner companies as well as communicating with top management and Clevel executives
Guide the organization through AI maturity assessments and the establishment of effective AI operating models including organizational setup enhancing overall agility and technological capability
Coown the topics within the Strategy & Transformation team be recognized as thought leader for this topic and further develop topnotch assets that allow for scaling our offering
Stay up to date and in touch with relevant strategic AI questions and AI stateoftheart research to understand opportunities and requirements
Your profile
- A deep understanding of business strategy combined with a passion for AI technology or vice versa
- First experience in applying AI within companies for example as an intern or consultant from a strategy or technology consultancy or within an enterprise
- An outstanding academic record in a tech or businessrelated subject is preferred but not required
- Experience in conducting cuttingedge workshops and developing ideas concepts and solution guidelines
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills along with strong communication abilities
- A team player with a willingness to learn new things
- Fluent in English and German
