StartUp Technician
Employment/FLSA Status: Fulltime
Locations: Dallas TX or Houston TX
As a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician your duties will include:
Verifying proper installation of heating and cooling equipment (e.g. pitch on drain lines pitch on coils).
Installing thermostats and wiring lowvoltage controls.
Evacuating systems and testing them to ensure proper functioning.
Checking gas pressures and refrigerant levels and making necessary adjustments.
Conducting routine maintenance service and repair of various commercial HVAC systems with a focus on large RTUs chillers boilers and VRFs.
Performing startup and commissioning procedures to optimize the performance of HVAC equipment.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system problems and providing effective solutions.
Collaborating with clients and internal teams to plan and execute service and maintenance schedules.
Adhering to safety protocols and industry standards for all service and repair activities.
Maintaining accurate records of service work performed and parts used.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
