Job Description : The Mettl Sales and Marketing Team is responsible for selling / licensing our assessment platform to companies. As part of this team you will drive India sales and marketing activities with key corporates by identifying their requirements and offering our product mapped to those requirements. Through this you will consistently exceed overall monetisation and quarterly revenue goals for Mettl and make a lot of money for yourself also in the process.
Key responsibilities :
- Lead the sales and marketing effort in Bangalore we are just beginning and how much can be achieved just depends on the candidates calibre.
- Identify and close new organizations and companies as clients and strategic partners.
- Develop and grow repeat business from existing companies.
- Manage company relationships to quarterly revenue and monetisation targets.
- Work crossfunctionally to articulate and develop new assessment opportunities that meet client needs.
- Help create and execute new assessment creation efforts to exceed client expectations.
- Create revenue forecasts in conjunction with the executive team.
- Track and manage company pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals.
- Drive awareness of Mettl assessment platform within the HR and education community in India.
- Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time.

- Deep network of CLevel and HR relationships with companies across India.
- Significant and extensive work experience in HR consulting or HR product / services and sales
- Selfstarter seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential.
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales plans through strong client relationships resulting in consistently exceeding goals.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.
