Job Description
- Hire specialized subcontractors if necessary.
- Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed at all times on the job site.
- Giving advice to customers.
- Assuring that the sites are secure.
- Workgroup material and equipment management.
- Inspecting the work of hired help and subcontractors.
- Keeping accurate financial records.
- Obtaining construction permits and licenses.
- Schedules are being kept track of.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred in construction business management or engineering.
- Construction industry experience is required.
- Experience in a leadership position is preferred.
- A current drivers license.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to concentrate and remain calm under pressure.
- Capability to manage multiple projects.
