Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with prospective insurers
Manage onboarding processes
Assist in key negotiations
Work on projects to enhance capacity
Collaborate with internal stakeholders
Oversee licensed agent pool
Manage telecommunications strategy
Develop execute and ensure compliance for sales and retention
Recruit and develop other sales leaders
Build and maintain relationships with business owners and employees

Skills and experience

Detailoriented
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communicator
Experience in insurance real estate or financial
Experience in insurance product management or a related field
5 Years in life insurance

Education and training

A bachelors degree preferably in business administration
Further developing key skills within the field

Compensation: $50000.00 $65000.00 per year
