The role
Were looking for a Freelance Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative remote network. Youll be working on multirole sourcing projects helping us match great people with meaningful work.
This is a fully remote commissionbased opportunity thats perfect for someone who enjoys working independently is naturally curious about people and takes pride in helping others grow. We value consistency selfawareness and a thoughtful approach to communication and collaboration.
In this role youll help us deliver recruitment projects across multiple regions and industries working alongside our consulting team to support clients in need of highquality hires. We care about how you show up not when or where from.
What youll do
- Use tools like LinkedIn Boolean search and job boards to proactively identify potential candidates
- Connect with individuals and assess their alignment with client roles
- Build and maintain pipelines across several roles at once while prioritizing fairness and inclusion
- Nurture longterm relationships with passive talent through consistent respectful engagement
- Collaborate with Salve.Innos core consulting team to ensure a smooth candidatefriendly handover
- Maintain organized and accurate records in our ATS (we offer guidance to support different processing styles)
- Communicate openly with team members in a way that works best for you whether thats async updates voice notes or live checkins
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in an agency or freelance recruitment or youre confident using sourcing tools and managing pipelines
- Are comfortable working independently but like knowing you have support when you need it
- Enjoy matching people with the right opportunities and are motivated by meaningful impact not just numbers
- Understand and appreciate different communication styles and processing speeds
- Are looking for a role that gives you flexibility in your hours pace and location
