Victory Preparatory Academy a highperforming and awardwinning charter school is looking for a passionate Physical Education Teacher to join our middle and high school team. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $56000$65000 (based on experience)
- $2000 signon bonus
- 7 paid personal days annually

Your DaytoDay As our Physical Education Teacher youll:
- Teach physical education classes to students in grades 612
- Deliver highquality instruction using the Focused Fitness curriculum and standardsbased lesson planning
- Provide equal opportunities for all students to participate and grow through a variety of physical activities including team sports personal fitness and individual movement
- Promote safe and effective techniques in all physical activities and ensure a positive respectful environment
- Teach social interaction skills alongside physical education goals fostering teamwork communication and sportsmanship
- Establish both short and longterm goals based on student needs and program evaluation
- Maintain lesson plans grade books and conduct regular assessments to track student growth and achievement
- Manage the inventory and organization of all sports equipment ensuring safety and accessibility
- Utilize basic technology tools to enhance instruction and monitor student progress

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Physical Education or equivalent 36 credit hours or Praxis 5091 exam)
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic understanding of technology tools to support instruction
- 25 years of PE teaching experience preferred
