The Facilities Management Division (FMD) seeks a visionary and experienced professional to lead our compliance efforts as ADA Compliance & Facility Code Compliance Program Manager. This role will champion accessibility and ensure all FMDcontrolled facilities adhere to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other local state and federal regulations. The Program Manager will leverage their expertise to oversee compliance programs guide accessibility planning and foster equitable spaces for all.
In this position you will oversee a vendorled evaluation and transition plan for current facilities and services that do not or may not meet ADA requirements and lead future selfevaluations. You will also support and oversee all of FMDs compliance programs and regulations working collaboratively with and guiding the Building Operations Maintenance Planner to build and maintain FMDs compliance standards. Additionally this role will act as the FMD Small Projects Manager as needed.
