Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team. The IT Analyst will serve as a critical link between business needs and technology solutions ensuring that IT systems align with organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of IT systems strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will help drive innovation and efficiency by developing implementing and optimizing IT solutions while fostering collaboration within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify business needs and trends. Simplify and present data in a way that is easily understood by nonIT staff.
- IT Solutions Implementation: Design develop and implement IT solutions to meet business requirements. Propose system modifications develop and test software solutions and monitor their effectiveness.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on new systems and procedures. Equip team members with IT knowledge to effectively use technology throughout the organization.
- System Performance: Evaluate and troubleshoot system performance. Conduct regular system audits to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Documentation: Document IT systems processes and procedures for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Technical Support: Offer technical guidance to various teams within the organization.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization.
- Technology Monitoring: Stay updated on technological advancements to identify opportunities for company improvement and growth.
Qualifications Education Work Experience and Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent IT experience.
- Working knowledge of business systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages to support enduser reporting requirements.
- Understanding of Microsoftbased productivity software.
- Working knowledge of SQL databases and basic network configuration.
- Familiarity with IT hardware and software.
- Experience with C# VB JavaScript JSON and XML is a plus.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Handson experience with technical projects and IT systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT professionals and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Language proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is desired but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat cold and dust.
- Incumbents may be required to stand sit squat walk bend move reach or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions as required by job duties.
- Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (OSHA EPA State and Federal regulations etc..
