Job Description
The Environmental Services Operations Manager is responsiblefor successfully coordinating and directing with the EVS Director on allactivities of the EVS department through subordinate managers andemployees. The highest possible customersatisfaction employee relations is to be maintained and financial goalsachieved for Brigham & Womens
- Oversee the timely completion of employee scheduling evaluations training development and hiring.
- Enforce and comply with department policy and procedure.
- Assist with development and monitor service expectations and quality parameters.
- Seek and develop innovative ideas to grow the EVS department.
- Work with EVS Director on budgets and monitor the financial performance of the department.
- Work with EVS Director to negotiate and monitor all vendor contracts.

- Minimum of three years recent experience in Environmental Services department.
- Minimum three years recent supervisor experience.
