Job Title: Plant Manager Mining
Location: Mpumalanga
Hire Resolves Leading Mining Clients are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager for their mining operation in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the processing plant ensuring optimal performance safety and efficiency.

Hire Resolves Leading Mining Clients are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager for their mining operation in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the processing plant ensuring optimal performance safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- To manage all daytoday plant operations and discard handling
- To manage compliance with Mine Health and Safety Act
- To manage and enforce codes of practices procedures permissions and exemptions
- To manage and ensure safety and profitability
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Degree / Diploma in Metallurgy
- Processing or Engineering Qualification
- 5 years experience as Plant Superintendent within a mining environment
Benefits:
- Salary: R2m R28m CTC
