Manager of Robotic Process Automation

Savantage Solutions is seeking a Manager of Robotic Process Automation to join our professional services or technical team. In this role the Manager will be responsible for automating manual processes within DAI and related financial systems using UiPath. The position requires collaborating with clients to understand their current processes identify automation opportunities and address challenges while achieving their automation goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Robotic Process Automation manager shall work to automate manual processes using UiPath in DAI and related financial systems such as but not limited to: Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) Joint Integrated Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Analytic Platform (JICAP)at DTRA.

The Robotic Process Automation manager must be knowledgeable and capable of assisting with the following:

• Utilize current automations developed by the OSD Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO)
• for use in DAI WAWF and other financial systems.
• Collaborate with DTRA Financial Management Division to find areas of need for new automations to be
• developed.
• Support the deployment and troubleshooting of UiPath licenses to end users.
• Be an advocate for automation and its benefits throughout DTRA.
• Document RPA SOPs use cases requirements and process designs.
• Engage with clients to gather information on their existing processes automation requirements
• barriers and end goals.
• Support critical Defense Agency Initiative (DAI) areas that include planning process analysis
• workflow user management testing workforce preparation help desk and training
• Provide help desk support to augment the DTRA DAI Subject Matter Experts (SME) during testing and operations of DAI. Support Train the DTRA DAI users to ensure that they are fully capable of independently accessing and operating DAI for their job functions.

Knowledge Skill and Abilities:

The candidate must have:

• 4 years experience with UiPath or similar Robotic Process Automation software
• Minimum broad functional knowledge of the Oracle EBusiness Suite and Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI)
• DAI or Oracle experience.

• Acquire to Retire
• Time & Labor
• Reporting (OBIEE/OAS)
• User Management (UMX)

• Demonstrated in depth knowledge of and analytical skill related to business finance and/or
• information technology area of expertise.
• General understanding of accounting principles

Education and Certifications:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree. Additional years of relevant system experience can be substituted for a Bachelors degree.
• UiPath Certified Developer desired
