Job Summary:
The US HR Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daytoday human resources operations across the United States. This includes handling HR processes data management compliance and ensuring seamless delivery of HR services to employees. The role requires collaboration with other HR functions to drive operational efficiency implement best practices and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration:
- Manage and oversee HR systems employee records benefits administration and personnel files. Ensure accurate and timely processing of HRrelated documents.
- Compliance & Regulatory:
- Ensure adherence to federal state and local employment laws and regulations. Stay updated on labor laws and compliance requirements for the US workforce ensuring company policies are aligned with legal standards. Onfloor audits Internal SOC 1 Audits (Payroll/HR/Benefits/Time & Labour).
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires ensuring compliance and smooth transitions. Manage offboarding processes for departing employees ensuring proper documentation Hiring & Retention policies and compliance with exit procedures.
- Payroll & Benefits Management:
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Oversee benefits enrollment claims and any related inquiries from employees.
- HR Systems & Data Management:
- Oversee HR information systems (HRIS) ensuring the maintenance of accurate employee data. Generate reports track HR metrics and assist in datadriven decisionmaking.
- Employee Relations Support:
- Assist with resolving employee concerns or conflicts providing guidance on HR policies Rewards & Recognition Performance Management System/Performance reviews (FPR & VPI) and supporting performance management processes.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes to enhance employee experience Career progression & Succession Planning operational efficiency and compliance.
- HR Policy & Procedure Development:
- Assist in the development communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR Business Partners Recruitment Talent Management and other HR teams to ensure HR operations align with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Experience in HR operations or related roles preferably in the US market.
- Knowledge of HR laws regulations and best practices in the US.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR management software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
