Alfred Ruiz a Private Wealth Advisor with Ameriprise Financialis looking for a Client Service Specialist to join his wellestablished and growing team. Were passionate about helping clients feel confident about their financial future through personalized planning and investment advice.
What Youll Do:
- Deliver exceptional conciergelevel service to clients in person and over the phone.
- Manage the team calendar and coordinate client scheduling.
- Prepare for client meetings and handle followup tasks.
- Process paperwork assist with new business onboarding and ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide administrative support to help the team meet deadlines and goals.
What Youll Need:
- Associate degree or higher with 2 years in administration banking mortgage or financial services.
- Strong clientfocused attitude attention to detail and desire to create wow client experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook) and excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability teamwork and the drive to grow within a dynamic practice.
