Role Overview:
We arelooking for experienced and dynamic Tech Leads (L2 and L3 specializingin AWS Databricks to join our team. The candidate will be responsiblefor endtoend data engineering cloud data architecture and data modeling.This role requires expertise in Databricks on AWS strong programmingskills in Python Spark and Scala and handsonexperience in data engineering workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Engineering:
- Design and implement endtoend data engineering solutions on AWS Databricks.
- Develop test and deploy scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Data Architecture & Modeling:
- Define and implement cloudbased data architecture solutions.
- Perform data modeling to support structured and unstructured data storage and retrieval.
- Technology Leadership:
- Lead technical discussions and drive design decisions for data engineering projects.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance reliability and scalability.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cloud architects and DevOps teams for seamless integration.
Mandatory Skills:
- Databricks on AWS
- Proficiency in Python Spark and Scala
- Experience in endtoend data engineering
- Expertise in cloud data architecture
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques
Qualifications:
- L3 (Tech Lead): 9 years of relevant experience
- L2 (Tech Lead): 68 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Engineering or a related field
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in AWS or Databricks
- Experience with largescale data processing and analytics
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment
Work Environment:
