Records company business transactions and retains all of the accounting records
* Posts/verifies and reconciles accounts payable/receivable/expenses/payroll and all other
ledger accounts.
* Prepares and delivers accounts receivable statements
* Prepares income and financial reports as requested
* Responsible for bank accounts and reconciliations and is in communication with the Owner/
General Manager regarding company financial decisions and financial information
* Clerical duties including but not limited to filing/typing/receive and distribute correspondance
of a confidential business nature
* Directs employee benefits programs/maintains employee information and ensures that it
is current. Wagesbenefitspayroll and etc.
* Responsible for clerical staff and ensuring that duties are preformed at an acceptable level
* Offering guidance and assistance when necessary/preparing and creating systems and
procedures with in departments.
* Back up to reception ie. Aswering of phones and walk ins.
