Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target offshore staffing opportunities.
- Identify and target potential clients in key offshore markets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized staffing solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and potential areas of growth in offshore staffing.
- Stay updated on industry developments and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals that align with company goals.
Collaboration & Team Leadership:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless delivery of staffing solutions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales staff.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and report on sales metrics forecasts and market feedback to senior management.
- Continuously improve sales processes based on performance data.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 57 years of experience in sales with a strong focus on staffing or recruitment services particularly in the offshore market.
- Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the offshore staffing industry including market dynamics client needs and competitive landscape.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- ClientFocused: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with global clients particularly in the target offshore market regions e.g. APAC EMEA etc..
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.
