Job Description
Looking for worklife flexibility We are looking for 15x Digitisation Assistants to join our team in Laverton North on the night shift 23:00 to 07:00.
Whats a Digitisation Assistant
Digitisation Assistants are integral to TIMGs success in being able to deliver agreed project objectives to our customers. Based in Laverton North our team are part of a national Digitisation who work together on shared projects and initiatives as well as autonomously on local and statewide clients.
You will:
- Ensure correct use of TIMG internal systems is always maintained in accordance with instructions
- Prepare documents for scanning
- Use Microsoft Office to enter data
- Pick and pack as required related to digitisation tasks
- Perform high speed scanning of records
- Manage postprocessing of scanned images
- Perform quality assurance
