Job Description
Handyman/Maintenance at 1 Stone Solutions
Full Time :Monday Friday 6:00am 3:00pm
Hourly Rate: $17.00/ hr
Location:Haltom City TX
Requirements:
- Youmustbe 18 years old.
- For safety reasons youmustbe able to speak English.
- A preemployment drug screen and criminal background/fingerprintcheck are required.
- You must have a Valid DL.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Job Duties:
- Completes the Districts maintenance mechanical electrical and plumbing work orders as assigned.
- Collaborates closely with the Departments Leads regarding routine maintenance as well as preventive maintenance.
- Demonstrates quality customer service daily.
- Is committed to working safely at all times.
- May collaborate with the Departments Regulatory Compliance Supervisor regarding environmental or other regulated concerns along with routine mechanical electrical and plumbing issues.
- May be assigned 12 helpers by the Department Lead to assist with completing work order assignments.
- Used iPad and Zendesk work order system to communicate and process work orders to completion
- Gathers materials and tools necessary to complete work orders.
