Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian Medical Lab Technologistat the US Naval Hospital in the US territoryof Guam.
Position Highlights:

Position Requirements:
- Must be aU.S. Citizen
- Bachelors degree
- Graduate from a medical technology program
- Current certification or equivalent as a Medical Technologist by the American Medical Technologists or American Society of Clinical Pathologists
- Possess a minimum oftwo years of experiencewithin the last three years as a Medical Laboratory Technologist
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of automated and nonautomated laboratory procedures in the area of chemistry urinalysis hematology serology and bacteriology
- Determine the suitability of specimens for analysis
- Prepare reagents and primary reference materials as necessary
- Recognize and react to indicators of malfunction
- Conduct quality control procedureson equipment
