UIUX Developer

In this role you will drive customercentric strategies shape service roadmaps and optimize user experiences through innovative design thinking and frontend development.

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Developer you will collaborate with stakeholders to define a customer experienceled vision for the business identifying the capabilities needed to bring it to life. Youll assess the impact of your strategies contribute to business cases and lead opportunity modeling through stakeholder interviews and touchpoint design. Your work will ensure alignment with business goals throughout the service design process from concept to .

In addition to design you will play a key role in the development and implementation of UI/UX solutions applying user interface & interaction design principles to build intuitive digital products. Youll work closely with designers developers and business leaders to translate customer needs into clear compelling service strategies that enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customercentric project streams and pitches ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct business analysis and opportunity modeling to identify designdriven growth areas.
• Develop user personas journeys and information architecture to optimize digital experiences.
• Guide the planning and synthesis of user research and usability testing ensuring findings translate into actionable recommendations.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations articulating design and development decisions with clarity.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with designers engineers and business leaders to ensure a seamless user experience.

Required Skills

• 58 years of experience delivering UI/UX design and development solutions.
• 5 years of experience with professional design software including Adobe Creative Suite (XD) InVision and more.
• 5 years of experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills including facilitating groups of 530 people.
• Ability to provide clear articulate rationale for design and development choices.
• Expertise in Agile methodology and iterative product design cycles.
• Proficiency in frontend development (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript) to support UI implementation.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

Desired Skills

• Experience using spy design tools like paper and slides to quickly prototype ideas.
• Background in software engineering or familiarity with custom development practices to effectively collaborate with technical teams.
• Experience delivering design solutions across multiple networks.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor UI/UX teams 37 people).
