Bachelors Degree in Business IT Healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
3 years of related experience preferred
Advanced experience with SQL Server and Excel is required.
Experience with SSRS and SSIS is a plus.
Must have experience in developing and integrating business processes.
Skills:
SQL Server SQL Server Management Studio SQL Scripts and Database concepts.
Microsoft Excel and Excel functions.
Microsoft Access.
Experience with FTP.
Knowledge of RDP and Network drives.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lead and facilitate smallmedium working sessions with all levels of staff.
Understanding of change management techniques and the ability to apply them.
Additional Information:
Office setting with some local travel between Partners Healthcare sites.
As projects and priorities dictate must be available to work nonstandard business hours such as evening nights weekends and holidays if/when necessary.

General Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for aselfmotivated thinker who is interested in working on the Partnerswideinitiative Partners eCare. With theguiding principle of one patient one record one team one Partnersstatement this project will enable a seamless flow of clinical and administrativeinformation about a patient anywhere within the Partners System and ultimatelyimprove the quality and safety of care for our patients.
TheProject Analyst will report directly to the Learning Management System (LMS)Lead. The Project Analyst will execute tasks within their project plan andother duties as assigned by the Learning Management System (LMS) Lead in directsupport of the Partners eCare Training Team. Specificallythe Project Analyst will execute assignments and be responsible for providing dataand reporting expertise to the Partners eCare Training Team and interestedstakeholders.
Principle Duties andResponsibilities:
Underthe general direction of the Learning Management System (LMS) Lead the employeewill participate in efforts to define and maintain Partners eCare Training Dataand Reporting and resolve issues and file manipulation as needed. The employeewill:
Generate routine dataanalysis to evaluate and understand training data
Completeadhoc analysis in order to better understand trends and issues and addresstraining data needs
Preparesdata in views that allow different levels of the organizations stakeholders toconsume and respond to the information provided
Interactand support the site based resources in understanding and creating requireddata views for their operations
Generate routinereports for status delivery and investigate issues
Develop tools andother reports to increase efficiency of data reporting and analysis LMSprocesses and change management
Execute work assignmentspriorities and best use of technology for ongoing system activities.
Troubleshoot applicationoperational or customer service problems and take corrective action to resolvethese problems in order to accurately deliver reports.
Interact with PHSSite Training Team as directed.
