About the Role:

You will assist the customer in finding the vehicle that meets their needs. Demonstrate all the features and technologies. Negotiate the price and close the sale.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
  • Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.
  • Assist clients in identifying the right vehicle to fulfill their wants and needs.
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert. Knowledgeable withproduct offerings optional packages and the latest technologies.
  • Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicles operational features.
  • Follow up daily on all sales leads from a variety of sources using the dealerships Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Initiate and cultivate enriching and longlasting relationships with customers.
  • Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
  • Comfortable with networking
  • Ability to close sales by overcoming objections asking for sales negotiating the price and completing the sale
Qualifications
  • Ability to maintain hardworking highenergy personality throughout the workday
  • Positive cando mentality eager to improve
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a skillful negotiator
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting

  • Valid drivers license
