Job Description
We are embarking on an exciting journey to develop anew cloudbased Platform as a Service (PaaS)that will be utilized by us and our global partners. As the Senior Program Manager for the SmartHome Platform you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of this missioncritical initiative. This is an exciting time to join as were still in the early stages of designing and developing this cloudnative platform. Were dedicated to providing innovative solutions that connect people and businesses and leveraging technology to enhance the lives of our customers and drive digital transformation. This role will be reporting to the Director of Tenant Experience for SmartHome.

This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee and be accountable for various deliverables across multiple teams ensuring timely of both internal and customerfacing commitments. A key emphasis is placed on delivering results within established timelines and providing comprehensive reporting at both detailed and summary levels.

- Program Strategy and
- Developing and implementing comprehensive program strategies managing projects from inception to completion and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Working closely with diverse teams including technical and nontechnical stakeholders to coordinate efforts and achieve program objectives.
- DataDriven Decision Making
- Utilizing data and metrics to assess program performance identify areas for improvement and drive informed decisionmaking processes.
- Leadership and Communication
- Providing updates to senior leadership managing stakeholder communications and leading teams to deliver highquality results.
- Risk Management
- Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to prevent escalation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on accountability and timely delivery.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate crossfunctional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a problemsolving approach.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to produce comprehensive reports at both detailed and summary levels.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field; Masters degree or MBA preferred.
- 710 years of program management experience preferably in a complex multiteam environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is highly desirable.
