Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher looking for a flexible parttime opportunity We are seeking a dedicated teacher to join our welcoming and supportive primary school in a jobshare role for 2 days a week starting ASAP and running until July 2025.

Salary: Competitive (prorata based on experience)

Your Role & Responsibilities

Planning & Delivering Engaging Lessons Teach stimulating and creative lessons tailored to meet the needs of Year 1 pupils.
JobShare Collaboration Work closely with your jobshare partner to ensure a seamless transition between teaching days.
Supporting Student Progress Assess track and provide feedback on student progress ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Creating a Positive Learning Environment Foster a warm nurturing and inclusive classroom where children feel confident and excited to learn.
Building Strong Partnerships Communicate effectively with parents colleagues and school leadership to support student development.

What Were Looking For

We are seeking a teacher who:
Has a passion for Early Years & KS1 A dedicated and engaging teacher who understands the unique needs of young learners.
Is an excellent communicator Strong collaboration skills to ensure a smooth and effective jobshare partnership.
Has relevant teaching experience Previous experience in Year 1 or a solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
Is flexible and adaptable Able to work parttime while delivering highquality lessons and continuity for students.
Is committed to pupil progress Passionate about creating an inspiring learning experience where children can thrive.
