The Role
Were on the lookout for a Migration Specialist to join our team and play a key role in helping customers transition smoothly from one product to another. If you thrive in a customerfacing role love keeping things organised and enjoy diving into tech and data this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Location: Beacon Hill Office Park Cafferata Way Newark NG24 2TN
Working pattern: Hybrid 2 days per week in the office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Act as the key point of contact keeping customers updated and informed throughout their migration journey. Youll handle objections with confidence and understand what each customer really needs.
- Project Management: Juggle multiple migrations keep our internal systems updated and ensure everyone customers and stakeholders are always in the loop.
- Needs Assessment: Make timely relevant recommendations clearly explain the migration process and help customers understand their involvement and product functionality.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and project stages to drive transparency and future improvements.
- Training & Development: Take part in training to expand your knowledge of our products and sharpen your customer service skills.
- Configuration: Tailor the product setup to match customer needs ensuring everything runs smoothly postmigration.
- Data Migration: Oversee the migration of content and data between systems with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
