YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
You will bring our triedandtested sales engine to Austria and bring freedom to the trade here too. For our home market in Germany we have built up an extremely strong performing sales motion that generates several million euros in ARR annually and enables steep growth. With clear playbooks top nudge tooling and wellestablished revenue operations. Now its time for the next step: you will take responsibility for scaling this successful sales strategy together with your local team in Austria. As Team Lead Sales Austria (f/m/d) you will build up our sales team for Austria lead it with ambition and clarity and ensure that we finetune and implement our successful formula for the local market. You will work closely with our VP Revenue the Sales Leaders and the central GTM Ops team.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet or Exceed Sales Targets
- Drive your units MRR/ARR and ensure consistent progress toward quarterly and annual goals.
Develop a HighPerforming Team
- Coach Sales Managers under your purview refine their approaches and ensure they have the resources to succeed.
Collaborate Across the Sales Organization
- Maintain ongoing sparring and knowledge exchange with other Sales Team Leads; ensure unity in methods and messaging.
Optimize Processes
- Work with RevOps Marketing and the Head of Sales to refine pipelines accelerate deal flow and remove obstacles.
YOUR PROFILE
Are you a Match
Must Haves
- 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with ideally leadership experience
- Germanspeaking
- Previous startup experience Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong track record of success in sales roles meeting targets consistently
- Ability to maintain discipline and motivation in a junior team.
- Selfmotivated and driven to achieve targets
- Comfortable with ambiguity spy attitude and bias to action
- Strong datadriven decisionmaking skills and very versatile in Hubspot
Nice to Haves
- Understanding of the tradespeople market
- Technical savviness in regards to sales tech stack and a passion for testing different sales approaches around what and how we sell
