Job Description
Overview: The SAP UI5 Fiori Consultant plays a vital role in designing and implementing userfriendly applications within the SAP ecosystem. As organizations continue to evolve and embrace digital transformation the importance of intuitive and efficient interfaces has never been higher. This position is responsible for developing and ensuring that the applications align with the business requirements and provide an exceptional user experience. With a deep understanding of SAP Fiori design principles and UI5 development the consultant will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements design prototypes and deliver robust solutions that enhance productivity and user satisfaction. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to projects drive innovation and ensure a high level of application quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze user requirements for applications.
- Design and implement SAP Fiori applications using UI5 framework.
- Create responsive designs adhering to Fiori design guidelines.
- Collaborate with business analysts developers and stakeholders.
- Develop prototypes and mockups for client approval.
- Integrate SAP Fiori applications with backend systems using OData services.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of applications.
- Maintain documentation for application development processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented applications.
- Conduct training sessions for endusers and stakeholders.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback cycles.
- Implement best practices for coding testing and deployment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP UI5 Fiori Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of SAP UI5 and Fiori design principles.
- Proficiency in JavaScript HTML5 and CSS.
- Experience with OData REST API and web services.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA and SAP Gateway.
- Understanding of Agile methodology and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience with clientside debugging tools.
- Knowledge of other SAP modules is a plus.
- Certifications in SAP UI5 or Fiori are preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- 5 years of relevant professional experience in SAP development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
