Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect clean and analyze HR data to identify trends patterns and insights.
Generate accurate and timely reports on key HR metrics such as turnover rates employee satisfaction and performance metrics.
Utilize data visualization tools to create clear and impactful reports.
DataDriven Insights:
Provide datadriven insights to inform strategic HR decisions for clients.
Benchmarking:
Conduct benchmarking analyses to compare client data to industry standards.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve effciency.
Collaborate with HR teams to implement process improvements and automation solutions.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools.
Project Support:
Provide analytical support to HR projects such as talent assessments compensation reviews organizational design attrition analysis performance reviews Audits etc.
Conduct special projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related eld.
12 years of experience in HR analytics or a related eld.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Power BI DAX Query is mandate).
Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
