Job Description
Our client a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences is looking for a "Sr. Quality Partner" based out of Branchburg NJ.
Duration: 2 Years
Summary:
In this role you will act as a strategic business partner driving quality excellence regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across crossfunctional teams. You ll play a key role in enabling efficient innovation while ensuring the delivery of safe highquality products that meet customer and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality oversight activities and act as a subject matter expert in quality systems and compliance.
- Support audits documentation risk assessments and root cause investigations.
- Partner with global and local teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Coach and mentor colleagues contributing to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Promote agile ways of working and support the organization s transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Life Sciences Data Science or related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Operations.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems regulatory compliance and riskbased processes.
- Proven problemsolving and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
- Experience with global project work and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in diagnostics medical devices or regulated life sciences industry.
- Background in Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
