General Overview
Reporting to thePartners eCare Clinical Program & Services Project Director the BusinessContinuity (BCA) Project Manager will be responsible for the coordinationcollaboration and of all BCA related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daytoday clinical revenue cycle and technical BCA activities involvingPeC ApplicationCoordinators Information Systems and Entities
- Responsible for all project management activities including; project planning resource planning status reporting and communication across teams and Entities
- Supports key BCA deliverables including current state site inventory capture reporting build and validation device identification and application deployment BCA configuration and report routing and BCA technical dress rehearsal
- Develops and maintains enterprise downtime policies and procedures enterprise downtime forms tip sheets and materials
- Assist in development of standard project management methodology and tools
- Plan manage and oversee routine updates to Project Plan activities for assigned project teams using program standard methodology
- Conform to and support program management disciplines such as status reporting issue log risk management program task metrics and milestones
- Facilitates and ensures that project teams complete work assignments in accordance with an established project timeline
- Leverages knowledge of project dependencies and timelines across program teams to assist in reconciliation of competing priorities
- Assist in management of program change requests
- Assist in management of relationship with third party vendors supporting program and facilitate communication of program efforts
- Provide ongoing project status reports to management user groups project steering committee and executive leadership
- Identifies resolves and escalates issues to Partners eCare Clinical Program & Services Director as needed.
- Provide quality customer service and serve as an exemplary representative of Partners eCare
- Ongoing communication feedback and followthrough with customers and executive leadership
- Troubleshoots and triages production issues to reach resolution. Workday and possible offhour oncall responsibilities
- Provide project specific guidance and direction to support timely and quality results
- Establish and create a positive project team environment

- 5 or more years experience in business analysis or project management preferably within a healthcare environment
- PMP or other PM certification preferred

Additional Information
- Standard office environment
- Frequent local travel to Partners sites
- No direct reports but must be able to manage indirect resources who are participating on project teams and workgroups
