As our Cultural Lead you will play a vital role in embedding cultural perspectives across the organisation shaping meaningful change and driving reconciliation efforts.
In this leadership position you will:
Your leadership will help create a culturally safe and inclusive workplace ensuring Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander voices are heard and valued. Through education advocacy and community engagement you will drive positive change and support the longterm sustainability of initiatives that benefit First Nations peoples.
