Job Description
- Responsible for maintenance of building constructions and managing of relocation services.
- Responsible for modernization/refurbishments/rebuilding of premises.
- Managing and supervising equipment installation and relocation.
- Responsible for construction works.
- Responsible for building periodical checks according to local legal enactments.
- Responsible for fixing small construction issues.
- Participating in new equipment installation processes.
- Signposting visual management.
- Collaboration with various subcontractors on matters of maintenance.
- Managing cleaning services.
- Supporting the Facility team and the intervention technicians.
Qualifications :
- Relevant working experience for 3 6 years.
- Expert in building constructions.
- Advanced knowledge of electric/HVAC/other building engineering installations.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Experience with BMS (Building Management System).
