Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ID Workers Comp Claims Adjuster. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for growth within the department and will enjoy competitive salary excellent benefits and a healthy worklife wellness environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle claims from inception to close
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Idaho Workers Compensation and Occupational Disease Acts the Idaho Fair Claims Practices Act Idaho Industrial Commission rules and procedures and WCFs established internal claims standards
- Utilize working knowledge of medical terminology
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the claims process
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5 years of Workers Compensation experience
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Idaho claims handling
Daytoday:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Workers Compensation claims in accordance with Idaho regulations and internal standards. This will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders utilizing strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the claims process.
