Housing and Asset Manager JOB SUMMARY The Housing and Asset Manager must ensure that the ACHE properties are optimally managed by reviewing rental agreements monitoring housing expenditures as well as collecting payments. The Housing and Asset Manager position focuses on enhancing the quality of life on the ACHE campus including fostering a healthy living environment and being attentive to safety and security. The Housing and Asset Manager must be flexible enough to assume a variety of roles as determined by the changing needs of the campus. It is imperative that the Housing and Asset Manager be able to relate well to others and handle administrative responsibilities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSBILITIES - Act as the main point of contact for tenants providing assistance and support at any time.
- Manage tenant inquiries complaints and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Overseeing maintenance workers cleaning crews contractors and groundskeepers when needed.
- Keeping records of occupancy rates lease expiration dates and work orders.
- Handle tenants movein and moveouts smoothly.
- Ensure properties are wellmaintained and comply with safety regulations.
- Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance repairs
- Frequently check work orders and the housing phone for texts or needs tenants may have including nights and weekends
- Act as main point of contact for all ACHE Property Owners Associations.
- Coordinates and facilitates all community outlet related events in common areas of ACHE campus.
- Create and continually update content across multiple social media channels (ex: posts videos stories) to promote The Village at Heritage events and businesses.
- Continually update The Village at Heritage website.
- Assists with management of ACHE Fitness Lab.
- Performs related duties as assigned by a supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications - TwoFour years of experience in asset/property management or equivalent experience
- Leadership and management experience
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Must have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications.
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelors Degree
- Five years of experience in property/asset management or student services
- Previous experience in higher education
Required knowledge skills and abilities - Demonstrate proficiency in office management and computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
- Display professionalism for the college in all communication and interaction
- Ability to prioritize and organize numerous and varied assignments
- Demonstrates a high degree of ethical behavior and adheres to the standards and policies of the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays
- Ability to work events outside normal business hours

- Occasionally required to lift items in a normal office environment.
- Frequently required to hear and understand speech at normal levels
